I loved the comfy beds and the pancake machine at breakfast, but the ice machine on my floor was broken. I'd definitely return for another stay!

missingWrote a review on 13 Novfriendly stafflong check-in lineunclean bathroom
The staff were incredibly friendly during my stay.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustrating. There was a long line due to a busload of guests. I wish there had been a self check-in option to ease the wait. Additionally, I found the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had some ants and hair was left in the shower. It made me question how thoroughly the room was cleaned before my arrival.

The room was clean and comfortable, but
the amenities were lacking, especially the laundry facilities. I enjoyed the friendly staff, but waited too long to use the single laundry machine during peak hours. Overall, a good stay but with some frustrating logistical issues.

missingWrote a review on 05 Octclean accommodationscomfortable bedslimited laundrywarm poollack of variety
The stay was highlighted by exceptionally clean accommodations and comfortable beds, which were appreciated after long days. The staff maintained a friendly demeanor throughout, ensuring a pleasant experience overall. However, the laundry facilities were limited, making it inconvenient for guests needing multiple machines. Additionally, while the pool area was nice, it tended to get overly warm due to the sunlight. The breakfast offerings were satisfactory, although more variety would enhance the experience.
